Before becoming a career coach, I had a 20-year career in marketing. I enjoyed the daily variety—and my knack for implementing improvements to boost revenue and engagement made me a valuable asset for my employers. I was a dedicated employee, but often felt something was missing. So, I changed companies, positions, and industries—and I would be excited for each new opportunity. However, I was never really satisfied with where I was going. Because the advancement opportunities didn’t align with my aspirations and values. As I dreamt of being more fulfilled, I was still grinding away—and grinding myself down.
And then life happened. Within a year, I experienced most of life’s major stressors. From stressful but joyous—like a couple of household moves to build a new home and a college graduation—to the devastating loss of three family members in rapid succession and a new department head with whom I was struggling to relate.
During this period, I began assessing my life and goals. As I reflected on my career and personal life, I realized that my most fulfilling moments weren’t centered around accolades or flashy campaigns, but rather in the gratification of helping my friends and colleagues thrive and achieve their goals. Recognizing this changed my life. I embarked on a journey to align my skills, passions, and aspirations, leading me to pursue a long-held dream of becoming a business owner.
Now, as a passionate advocate for self-discovery and personal growth, I’m dedicated to helping others explore new possibilities and define their own paths to success. My own journey toward clarity and fulfillment ignited a fire within me to guide others on their quest for self-reliance and purpose. I’m excited to share this journey with you and support you in uncovering your true potential.
Let’s talk about your journey!
